Savan Sentosa House

Savan Santosa is a 625 sq. ft. 2BHK sample flat interior design project created for a builder project in Rajkot. The objective was to create a space that feels simple, premium, aesthetic, and welcoming, using neutral colours in contrast to create a sophisticated visual language that appeals to prospective homebuyers.

Every detail was carefully proposed to complement the builder project’s overall brand aesthetics. From wooden panelling and curated photo frames to custom bed frames, wall art, and decorative elements, each feature was selected to make the sample flat feel complete, aspirational, and cohesive while keeping the design practical and visually balanced.

This project also highlights our experience in builder and sample flat interior design projects across Rajkot. By understanding the project’s positioning and target audience, we create interiors that don’t just look beautiful but also help potential buyers visualise the lifestyle and value of the home, making the sample flat an important part of the project’s presentation.
