Shilpan Nova

Shilpan Nova is a distinctive residential interior design project in Rajkot, designed with a completely wood-free approach. Not a single element uses wood or wood finishes; instead, the home relies on a carefully curated palette of black, grey, white, peach and dark blue to create a sophisticated, contemporary and cohesive modern home interior.

The design combines functionality with highly personalised details. The living room features a custom MDF-painted artwork created by an artist, while the son’s bedroom incorporates playful solar-system detailing and a hand-drawn cricket artwork. In the parents’ bedroom, a concealed sacred drawer within the wardrobe opens into a spacious, well-lit compartment, seamlessly connected to the mandir. Subtle black marble accents appear across the master bedroom, kitchen and dining areas, with an orange relaxation chair creating a warm contrast in the master bedroom.
