Swastik Prime is a 2,600 sq. ft. residential interior in Rajkot, designed around a minimal and contemporary aesthetic that prioritizes warmth, functionality and visual simplicity.

The interiors use a soft palette of natural wood, warm whites and neutral tones, creating bright and calming spaces. The bedroom features a statement circular artwork behind the bed, layered wood panelling and soft ambient lighting, while the study area combines floating wooden shelves with a clean, functional work desk.

Thoughtful details such as integrated storage, marble accents, concealed lighting and clean-lined furniture keep the design refined without making it feel overly elaborate. The result is a modern, understated home where natural materials, warm textures and practical planning come together seamlessly.
